"When I was younger, I spent countless hours playing every video game I could get my hands on. Strategically spending every dollar I made on the games that I thought would be best. I enjoyed every minute I spent in these digital worlds because in the real world I could only walk but with video games I could fly. This passion for video games was responsible for many of the positive memories and friendships I made during my childhood. So naturally when I got to college, I joined the local Esports club with a desire to make a difference for the players and community alike. It didn’t take long for me to realize how underdeveloped the collegiate Esports scene was, and after becoming president of the club I decided to turn it into something I was proud of. The more I learned about the collegiate Esports scene the more I realized that it wasn’t just my college that struggled with developing an Esports program. In fact, that seemed to be the status quo. As graduation got closer it was time for me to start working towards my “real job”, but I still wanted to do more for Esports. Video games and its community have always been important to my life. Therefore, I wanted to return the favor by helping grow Esports programs and organizations across the nation. Thus, the creation of Atlas Esports Consulting."
